What is the minimum contract length with Aquiss
Both our home and business phone services come with
a minimum 1 month contract. We ask that if you are looking to move your

Yes. We provide all customers, for free, a complete and historical breakdown of calls, that is fully searchable, via our online eBilling portal.
What are the define times for Peak, Off-Peak and
Peak time periods are defined as calls that were
started between 08:00 - 17:59 weekdays. Off-peak times are defined as calls
started between 18:00 - 07:59 weekdays and finally weekends are defined as
calls that were started between 00:00 - 23:59 on Saturday and Sunday..
How are call charges calculated?
Call charges are displayed in pence per minute.
Calls are billed by the minute. The charge band used (peak/off-peak/weekend
etc) is defined by when a call is started and applies for entire duration of
the call. Call charges will be rounded up to the nearest penny.
If I want to end my contract, what notice period
do I have to provide?
We require a minimum 30 days notice to end a phone
service with ourselves.
Available payment options
Our primary method of payment for packages quoted
on this page is via Direct Debit. Payments can be made securely online via
our e-billing platform using a wide range of alternative payment options,
including credit and debit cards, Paypal, BACS or Standing Order, however
these will subject to a Payment Processing Fee of 4%.
